The Melbourne Vipers sees the coming together of the two former Victorian AVL clubs, Uni Blues and VVA Vultures, into a single team administerd by Volleyball Victoria. The Women's program comes from long history of success with the Uni Blues squad taking out the AVL title 6 of the last 7 years. The Vipers train and play at the State Volleyball Centre in Dandenong and represent women from across the state and world with 3 international players joining the squad.
